Introducing Betty Edery Bitton Brought up in Paris, thoroughly bilingual Betty is the founder of Crème de la Crème, one of the finest french patisserie-caterers in London, holding top of the range events for a very demanding clientele. After managing her own team for seventeen years, she moved to the sunny Côte d'Azur where she operated seven "boulangerie-patisserie-traiteurs", bringing her personal touch once again to events for prestigious companies. Betty first trained and then became PR for Yves Thuries (Yvesthuries.com), an award winning chocolatier and pastry chef who also runs a Michelin starred restaurant and is a well known figure of french gastronomy. Traveling frequently to organize events, she has worked with leading pastry chefs in France and the US (Pierre Hermé, Philippe Conticini , Jacques Thores and many others) . Long time friends, Betty and Paule share a quest for the best, the ability to pass on their knowledge and experience, and warm personalities .
