Introducing macarons classes, conducted by Joël Morgeat, maître pâtissier. Joël shares his highly professional, yet accessible secrets. Paule acts as assistant and makes sure Joël’s explanations are understood by all. Joël has the highest diploma of expertise in french pastry and 15 years of very diverse professional practice. The Macarons Classes
Joël has perfected a fail-proof technique for turning out these irresistible little round cookies, crisp on the outside, smooth and soft in the middle. Macarons come in many many different flavours, colors and combinations. We will do the classic chocolate and raspberry favorites, as well as a lemon or grapefruit version. Bread and croissant classes We are often asked about bread and croissant classes. Our friend and baker Benjamin welcomes you in his working boulangerie located in the Marais. After participating hands on in the day's production, you take home your very own baguette. Duration : 1h30 Cost : 100 euros per person Available : Monday to Saturday from 11:30am to 1pm, and Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 4pm |
