Meet Paule Caillat

Her favorite recipe : the one she has not tried yet
Meet Aude Barbera
Aude Barbera is Promenades Gourmandes’ other happy face.
Born and raised in Paris, she started her career in London, like many french people of her generation. It was not in food, although the passion had always been there.
Four years ago, Aude moved to Cape Town, South Africa and shortly after quit her technology job to study at a Cooking Academy. Aude’s mother says : “you always wanted to do that” She acquired plenty of experience in restaurants and as a private chef. Back in Paris for good, she is a full time partner at Promenades Gourmandes… Aude loves patisserie as much as cuisine, and she does both with natural elegance, taste and technique.
Her favorite recipe : the one that brings a smile of satisfaction
